Kader Scull practices civil, criminal and appellate law in the Florida Keys.  Before entering private practice, Mr. Scull was a prosecutor in the Monroe County State Attorney’s Office. During his six years of public service prosecuting criminal offenses, Kader Scull tried more than 30 misdemeanor and felony cases.

As Chief of the Juvenile Division, Mr. Scull managed all matters pertaining to juvenile cases in the Key West Office. Mr. Scull has extensive experience litigating the multiple issues that arise in Driving Under the Influence cases. Mr. Scull has been recognized by the Office of the State Attorney and the Department of Juvenile Justice for his dedication to his work.

Mr. Scull graduated from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center in 2008. He practiced civil law in Miami before joining the Monroe County State Attorney’s Office in January of 2010.  He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Florida.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Scull was a licensed Florida Investigator where he investigated fraud and interviewed potential witnesses in civil and criminal matters.
